Terms of Use

These terms explain what MiniMax H3 Tutorial provides, what its measured numbers do and do not mean, and which responsibilities stay with you when you download a workflow or run a model.

Independent educational guide. Not affiliated with MiniMax, Hailuo AI, Hugging Face, Comfy-Org or ComfyUI.

Scope

What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of minimaxh3tutorial.com, including its tutorials, benchmark tables, troubleshooting notes and files offered from the site's own download paths. By using the site, you agree to use that material under these terms and under any separate license attached to a downloaded file.

The site is free to read. It has no user accounts, subscription checkout, payment processing or hosted MiniMax generation service. It documents software and local hardware behavior; it does not operate MiniMax, Hailuo AI, ComfyUI, Hugging Face or any repository linked from a page.

Exact download boundary

What this site distributes

The site currently offers exactly three Comfy-Org workflow-template JSON files frozen at commit 7837633a31c1aa40495ed7f9171e9c97358a1d93, checked 2026-08-21: video_minimax_h3_t2v.json, video_minimax_h3_i2v.json and video_minimax_h3_r2v.json. Their bytes and SHA-256 values are checked in the site build, and the required MIT copyright and permission notice travels beside them.

The site does not distribute MiniMax model weights, the upstream I2V sample image, either upstream R2V sample image or MiniMax-generated video outputs in that download directory. The downloadable FL2VA baseline record is documentation of this site's own tests, not a model or workflow license.

Upstream projects can change a file that keeps the same human-readable name. The filename, revision and hash shown on a workflow page identify the copy discussed there; they do not promise that a newer upstream copy behaves identically.

Evidence, not a warranty

How to read the benchmark records

Site measurements describe the recorded machine, software versions, model files, workflow, seed and workload shown with each result. A completed run on the site's RTX 3060 does not guarantee that another RTX 3060, operating system, ComfyUI revision or memory configuration will complete the same job.

Raw repeated values remain visible instead of being replaced with an average. Failed runs may also remain in the ledger when they explain a real setup boundary. You may quote a figure if you keep its conditions and identify MiniMax H3 Tutorial as the source; do not remove the conditions and present the number as a universal hardware specification.

The maintainer checks figures before publication and accepts correction reports. A corrected value may change after new evidence is reviewed, so rely on the page's visible update date rather than an undated excerpt elsewhere.

Separate terms travel separately

Workflow, model and output licenses

A workflow JSON, a text encoder, a diffusion model, a LoRA and an output can be governed by different terms. The MIT notice included with the frozen Comfy-Org workflow files does not grant rights to the MiniMax weights, the Qwen3-VL encoder or anything generated with them.

The file-to-license map records the source known to this site and links the corresponding license text. You are responsible for checking the current upstream terms, territory restrictions and permitted uses before downloading, running, modifying, publishing or redistributing any third-party asset. The site explains its reading and sources but does not provide legal advice.

Normal use

What you may do with site material

Do not claim an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist, present the site's measured values as your own test results, remove conditions from a quoted benchmark in a way that makes it misleading, or interfere with the site's normal operation.

Ownership and names

Site content and third-party marks

Unless a file carries its own notice, the site's original prose, tables and evidence graphics remain copyright © 2026 MiniMax H3 Tutorial. Product names, repository names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Mentioning or linking a product does not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement.

Third-party text, code and files keep their own licenses and notices. Nothing in these terms replaces those terms or expands the rights their owners granted.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The site is provided for educational use on an “as is” basis. It does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free instructions, compatibility with your system or a particular generation result. AI tooling, drivers, model files and licenses can change after a page is checked.

You are responsible for backups, storage capacity, electrical and thermal safety, commands you run, files you download, and the legal terms that apply where you live. Hardware, licensing and privacy statements identify evidence and boundaries; they are not professional legal, financial or safety advice.

Links lead to services the site does not control. Their availability, security, content and data practices are governed by their operators. Review the Privacy Policy for this site's own analytics, advertising and correspondence practices.

Versioning

Changes to these terms

Material changes are dated at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date. A change to a third-party license does not automatically rewrite these terms; the affected workflow or license page must be checked against the new source separately.
