The short version
- No accounts, sign-ups, comments or newsletters. You never need to hand over a name or an email address to read anything here.
- The site's own code is minimal: Google Analytics 4 counts page views, and in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland its cookies stay off unless you consent.
- Once advertising is enabled, third-party vendors — including Google — will use cookies to serve and measure ads, and you can opt out of personalized ads at any time.
- Visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland will be asked for consent before any personalized advertising runs.
Operator
Who runs this site
MiniMax H3 Tutorial (www.minimaxh3tutorial.com) is an independent educational site run by a solo maintainer. It is not affiliated with MiniMax, Hailuo AI, Hugging Face, or ComfyUI. More background is on the About page; the maintainer can be reached through the Contact page.
First-party data
What this site collects on its own
Hosting logs. The site is served by Vercel. Like almost every web host, Vercel keeps standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp and referrer — for security, abuse prevention and operations. We do not use these logs to identify individual readers. Vercel's own handling is described in the Vercel privacy policy.
Analytics. The pages are static HTML with no accounts and no forms. The one measurement tool in use is Google Analytics 4, described in the next section; its _ga cookies are the only cookies associated with this site itself. Beyond that there are no tracking pixels and no other scripts. If another tool is ever added, this policy will be updated before it ships.
Email. If you write to us, we receive your address and whatever you include in the message. It is used to reply, kept as ordinary correspondence, never added to a mailing list and never sold.
Measurement
Google Analytics 4
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to see which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from. GA4 sets first-party cookies (names beginning with _ga) and records the pages you visit, the referring site, browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses, and this site never sends it names, email addresses or any other directly identifying information.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics storage is denied by default through Google Consent Mode; without your consent GA4 receives only cookieless, aggregate signals that are not linked to you.
- Anywhere, you can block measurement with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies for this site in your browser.
- Analytics data is retained for a limited period, is read only in aggregate — to learn which guides help and which need rewriting — and is never sold or joined with other data about you.
How Google handles data from sites that use its services is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Third-party data
Advertising and third-party cookies (Google AdSense)
To cover hardware and hosting costs, this site displays — or is applying to display — advertising served by Google AdSense. When ads are shown, the following applies:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or to other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Ad vendors may also use web beacons and similar technologies to measure ad delivery and to detect invalid activity.
Opting out of personalized advertising
- Opt out of personalized ads from Google in Google Ads Settings.
- Opt out of many other vendors' personalized ads at aboutads.info/choices or, in the EU, at youronlinechoices.com.
- How Google uses data from partner sites is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Consent where the law requires it
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google Consent Mode keeps both advertising and analytics storage denied by default. Once advertising is enabled, a consent banner from a Google-certified consent management platform will ask for your choice, and you will be able to change it later through the privacy link shown with the ads. If you decline, ads may still appear, but in a non-personalized form that uses cookies only for purposes such as frequency capping and fraud prevention, and analytics stays cookieless.
Boundaries
What this site does not do
- No forms, no account system and no payment processing anywhere on the site.
- No requests for your precise location.
- No personal information in page URLs, and none passed to advertising requests.
- No selling of personal information.
Children
Children's privacy
This site documents GPU benchmarks and local AI video tooling for a general technical audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and it will be deleted.
Your controls
Your choices and rights
You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the opt-out links above control personalized advertising specifically. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access or delete personal information. The only personal information this site itself holds is correspondence you have sent us — email the maintainer and it will be corrected or deleted on request. Data handled by advertising vendors is controlled through the vendor links above.

Pages here link to external resources such as GitHub repositories, Hugging Face model pages and vendor documentation. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

Changes to this policy
Updates are dated at the top of this page. If a change is material — such as adding analytics or a new advertising vendor — the change will be described here, not just re-dated.
